Oak & Grey
Before earning his Master's degree at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, J. Levenston Bell II started Oak & Grey in 2020 to assist families and their members to thrive. Oak & Grey, symbols of our goal, inspired our name. The oak tree's graceful leaves and tiny acorns are symbolic internationally. Longevity, strength, stability, endurance, fertility, power, justice, and honesty are words used to describe the mighty oak tree. I share these beliefs because we encourage and guide people on their growth path.
Grey symbolizes equilibrium in color psychology. It's polite and intelligent, bridging black and white. Oak & Grey embraces balance and provides a safe and welcoming venue for people to examine their concerns, learn about sexual health, or start a new path. I encourage self-discovery and help clients overcome personal growth barriers. Mindfulness, educational methods, and strategies promote mind-body-spirit growth. I help people realize their greatest potential by tackling long-held beliefs and habits.
Individuals, families, and couples can take advantage of Oak & Grey's individualized development programs for adolescents and adults, ranging in age from 14 to the end of life. Psychological obstacles and self-defeating practices can decrease life enjoyment. Thus, I will help my clients overcome these problems, increasing self-worth, self-esteem, and resiliency. My safe zone, a second home, nurtures, supports, and protects teenagers and adults on their road to personal growth and psychological well-being. I think that pressure and darkness can cause miraculous change, like the seed that takes nutrients in darkness to blossom in sunshine. My mentoring and advice transform my clients' lives.
Oak & Grey encourages people to grow and thrive. Join me on this path to empowerment and optimism.
